올림푸스 IX71 생물현미경

 

 

OLYMPUS IX71은 살아있는 세포 이미지 촬영을 위한 현미경입니다. IX71은 수동의로 전장비를 세밀하게 조절 하실 수 있으며 단일 렌즈와 초점에서 살아있는 세포의 빠른 변화와 장시간의 변화 양상을 확인 할 수 있는 올림푸스 최고의 현미경입니다.

뛰어난 광학성능의 UIS2

·         높은 S/N 비율로 노이즈를 최소화 시킬 수 있습니다. 자가형광을 최소화 시키고 저반사 코팅을 사용하여 선명한 영상을 얻을 수 있습니다. 약한 형광샘플도 투과율을 높였으며 특히 UV 영역까지의 확장으로 모든 형광 Application에 활용하실 수 있도록 제작 되었습니다.

·         형광필터에서 나오는 산란광을 99%까지 차단하여 정확한 형광이미지 구현이 가능합니다.

·         Glass reflector를 사용. 여러가지 형광염색체의 형광방광을 쉽고 깨끗하게 얻을 수 있습니다.

·         UIS2 광학 설계를 통해 현미경 본체의 IR 투과성능이 향상되어 향후에 연구되어지고 있는 IR영역 연구에 최적화 된 현미경 입니다. 이를 통해 Raman, Multi-photon, Confocal등의 다양한 시스템 장비로 업그레이드가 가능합니다.
